Biased Rewards and Disappointing Support
I’ve been a dedicated player of Royal Match for a while now, and while the game itself is enjoyable, I’ve come across a major issue that has completely tarnished my experience: the blatant bias in how prizes are distributed for challenges. Recently, I discovered that players of the same level and rank receive vastly different prizes for completing the same challenges. The differences are not trivial — they are substantial, and there’s no logical justification for this disparity. While I can accept differences in puzzle arrangements for variety, the rewards should be consistent and fair. To address this, I reached out to the support team, hoping for clarification or resolution. However, their response was dismissive and disappointing. They simply stated that “different players may see different content within the game” without directly addressing the unfair prize distribution. This generic response felt like a brush-off and left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a player. As someone who has invested time and money in this game, I feel cheated by this biased system. It’s disheartening to realize that the game’s mechanics are designed in a way that can exploit its players under the guise of fairness and competition. Transparency is sorely lacking, and players deserve a system where rewards are distributed equitably. Until Royal Match fixes this issue and ensures consistent treatment for all players, I cannot recommend it. What could have been a fun and enjoyable game now feels like a scheme to manipulate players into spending, with no accountability for fairness. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously — because without fairness, the game is just not worth the investment.
