Water smells fishy and tastes fishy don’t drink. Staff doesn’t like you. They treat you like they treat the cows. Dirty expensive

This app worked very well for me. I was able to book restaurants for dinner, get directions around the resort. Get a lot of details for example about the activities going on and the amenities. This app was my best friend throughout my stay at Royalton.

My resort isn’t listed

This app is so bad doesn’t even work at all. I tried to make an order to my room didn’t work do not bother even trying to use this app. For the money I spent it wasn’t worth my stay.

Stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters in Jamaica and was supposed to use this app to make dining reservations. Everything showed as unavailable despite going to the restaurant and there being available tables. App is confusing, and had I known about the quality of this app I would actually never have booked this hotel.

Kept on having failed to login error and you could not book any reservations for the restaurants…very terrible app to use …

I’ve tried deleting and re-installing multiple times and it won’t work on my phone. I keep get an error message saying something went wrong and there are technical difficulties. Super disappointes I can’t use for our upcoming stay.

Every time you use the app, you have to select rich resort you’re at even though you were technically signed in to the resort you’re actually at. If you get out of the app, and then back in, it shows a blank screen, and you have to close out of it and open it back up and then choose your hotel again just to get to whatever you were doing. the bartenders act like they do not know what the drinks are on the menus in the app. The pop-ups on the app ask you to evaluate every single thing you’ve ever done and you accidentally click on them if you’re not careful checking out the parties are very tedious because instead of one schedule you have to click on each party to see when the party is what day it is what time it is.when you click on an event and then back out of it, you were taken to the top of the screen instead of the section that you were in.

Do not stay here until this software is fixed! Want to eat at anything other than buffet at Royalton - good luck. With the insistence that guests must use this app to request a dinner reservation, you are lucky if it works at all much less if you can actually make a reservation. My group tried using it across three different iOS devices. Never could we get the devices to show the desired information on two, much less all three. This suggests a flawed back end architecture that is well below the standards of the parent company - Marriott. Our suggestion, go to another hotel chain. For the price you pay at an all inclusive, the requirement to use a piece of software that prevents you from the services you paid for can only be addressed if they feel it in the bottom line.

The app is very poorly made. For a resort that isn’t in the cheap category they have have not out a lot of the money they make into the app. When trying to make reservations it almost NEVER works! This was my second time staying here and Im not sure I’ll be back.
