3 years locked out of my account I have paid money on this game I loved it still can’t get help
As title says I have emailed support again today after 3 years of nothing in the hopes I can finally get some help with my account please I have missed so much and you have missed a loyal customer!

Bro I first started and in tutorial I can’t even open the event thing
Disappointing
Ive been playing for nearly three years. The development has seen a significant increase in pay to win conditions and reduced benefits in drop rate % for free to play. I have further reduced my rating as they developers now release heroes quicker than they provide resources to play the game.

pay to win, dont waste your time
Scam
They put false percentages in one of the hero acquisition methods precisely in “Grand Summon” which mentions a 5% chance to get a 5 star hero but the true percentage as tested by a bunch of players is less than 3%. They know this already as it has been reported by a lot of players but the scamming developers keep ignoring the community.
