I can’t purchase anything from the event trade store even though I have plenty to spend, please fix these

I tried to connect my account on other device and now i cant log in on the device that i really used to play this game, any help or advice? I already did reinstall the game
Great game but it crashes
I rated it 5-stars for a very good idle rpg game but i wonder why the app crashes most of the time in iphone and ipad. Overall still a great game.

I can’t buy the ada removal, it says increase your gcash balance but I have enoughr balance. I have 411 in my gcash and the ads removal is just 399
Not working
I downloaded this game directly from the advertisement because it looked cool. However, I encountered an issue where it got stuck at the loading screen, despite waiting for 10 minutes for it to load without success. I attempted to restart it multiple times, but it still isn't functioning properly. Now, I'm considering deleting a game that I haven't even played once, which is quite disappointing. I’ll change it to 5 star if this will work tommorow, lol
