Don’t let your training in the gym be unproductive. Our gym and fitness membership has everything you need to work out safely and effectively. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym goer you will find the guided tutorials on machine set up, correct exercise techniques, and warm up/cool down sessions will boost your confidence and take your training to the next level. 
The Gym and Fitness membership has been created by RPX Fitness Director Naomi Pendergast. Naomi has over 20 years in the training industry. She has worked in rehabilitation right through to sports performance. She also has experience as a trainer to the stars, training Natalie Portman for her role in Thor Love and Thunder. 
Working Privately with clients is great but you are limited to how many people you can help. The goal of the gym and fitness membership is for Naomi to share her years of experience and knowledge to as many people as she can help in an easy to learn format.
