Worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Can’t pay your bill on your phone with button placement. Takes forever to load. How can this app exist in 2021? Look and operation is archaic. Had to delete because it’s so useless.

Or only used a couple other features on this app and they seem to work okay. But you cannot pay your Bill from the app. Looks like the functionality is there... maybe. But you can’t get past the overview page because the button your need to click to start to process a payment is hidden by the footer.

If you want to pay your water bill on-line, this app will really disappoint you. The advertisement banner at the bottom of the page that prevents you from clicking the “Pay” button is the latest comedy of errors the page has gone through. More excuses are made than actual fixes. Glad its free.

App crashes and won’t even open anymore. Update it to latest iOS please

I use this most for remembering if this week is recycling, but it is absolutely amazing for scheduling residential brush pickup. Thanks, Round Rock.

If you’d like to offer payment online, then the payment button should be accessible! Apparently this is NOT a new issue, as there have been many complaints made about it for several years now. City of around Rock, get your act together!!! This is ridiculous!!! I have NEVER had so much ongoing difficulty paying a utility bill! And apparently I am not the only one. Btw, your app does nothing to help anyone with bill payment. It simply redirects to the website, which is the root of the problem. The fact that NO ONE that works for your company cares at all to fix it is also very telling. Also, funny little tidbit of information, both review names “Unsatisfied Customer” and “Very Unsatisfied Customer” are already taken. That should tell you something. Not that this company cares, obviously. You’d better hope another option doesn’t become available in our area, because if they offer better customer service then y’all are toast.

App is pointless if you can’t pay the bill. Pay Now button doesn’t work and near impossible to see under the app disclaimer.

You might as well use your computer. The app says that you can pay you water bill online, but you can’t. Maybe it’s just not compatible with iPhone users.

The app promised to deliver pay bill online but when it’s time to pay bill, the button was hidden by the disclaimer at the bottom and cannot be click. Just horrible and bad, City of RR should hire a new development team to fix the UI on the mobile interface.
