You're about to lose your rewards
Tell me you don't know how to run a rewards program without telling me you don't know how to run a rewards program. Maybe people don't want to eat an unhealthy burger everyday or even every week. Points and rewards should not expire especially with the plethora of fast food and burger joints available. Take a look at Delta or United for how to run a rewards program. Thanks.
