RunDouble (Go from couch to 5k in 9 weeks!)

Nothing but issues since I’ve started using it again. It either speaks in a low-slow-demonic voice, or it speaks like it’s been sucking down helium and talking at about 90 mph. And now it’s begun repeating the information over and over again like a skipping record. I’ve tried reporting the issue to the information given to report, and it always kicks back as undeliverable. This used to be such a good app, I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

Worst app ever. I’ve tried using this off and on for a few years thinking it might get better. Consumer fraud. Do not buy

Loved this app on my Android, stinks on iPhone. It never finds a satellite for god, so it won’t properly track runs. Uninstalling it, totally worthless on Apple devices.

Purchased the unlimited upgrade awhile back that isn't showing on my new phone. I've followed the instructions butt still nothing. I've emailed twice for assistance but received no response.

I love RunDouble and have used it for years. Recently I’ve had a problem where the new interval is not being announced unless I unlock my iPhone. Is there a setting that can be adjusted?

I had been using this app for a long time but gps just stopped working. No response to my request for help

I’ve been using the app and paid to do the C25K program. It stopped working with the new iOS (which developers have had access to for testing and development for months now). I contacted Run Double twice and have gotten no response, so now I’m having to use another app. I am very disappointed.

Location is not detecting, option to ‘report a problem’ is not working. I’m stuck with an ap that doesn’t work. I’d like my money back but not sure how to get it since none of the ‘contact’ options work either.

I’ve had problems with the app and I’ve sent numerous emails and nobody ever responded. These guys probably don’t actually exist anymore. Do not buy this app.
