Really helpful for anyone working their way up!
Great app
This app was just what I was looking for!
We have tried many different apps but this app allows up to tailor our walk/run parameters to suit us. Greatly appreciated. Rob
All the other pause at random times or when I listen to something. Is there a paid for version that will go higher that 10 minutes??
Works mostly fine. But there are times where a glitch occurs and it doesn’t voice prompt me to either walk or to run though it is one to do one or the other. This can be frustrating as then I’m looking at my phone to see what I’m supposed to be doing because the voice prompt didn’t tell me. And then later in my workout it just starts working again.
This app has the basic function I need— ability to set any desired run & walk intervals; a choice of three basic alert sounds with volume control; clear simple interface. It does NOT have features that confused me in other apps, such as setting a number of cycles or time limit on the workout. I’ve only used it once so I’ll hang on to my 5th star until I see how well I can rely on it over time.
This is a very easy and straightforward app. However, using it for any marathon or long training run, it can screw up a runner because it will randomly stop and shut off. Then if you restart it, it will automatically tell you to start running . 😑 Like my Addidas and Coros run app, it would be great if it would pause automatically if and when you have stop (e.g if waiting for the walk signal, or if you need to use the portajon during a race. Please make these adjustments to the app. I like the different voices that you can choose from through.
Just what I needed for run/walk intervals. Pauses music or podcast to announce, in a pleasant voice, “Get ready to run/walk in 3, 2, 1, …” - then returns me to my audio entertainment.
