Helps a lot in planning your workout and motivates to keep going. Vegetarian meals are not provided which is a good percentage of population should of soemthibg on this. Had left the app for a year for this reason only

Paid app, without showing what they providing for it
I understand you need money to run the app but you gotta show the customer what he/she is paying for atleast. Without any kind of demo or a free trial of a week how do you expect someone to pay blindly without any understanding if it’s worth they money

Iphone is my dream, I bought it one year back. Now a days all the apps in appstore is not shown that is payable or not. They only show after download and install the app. Iphone doesn't hav any kind updated futre. Looks only good, keep in mind( Don't judge a book by its cover)

Excellent workout plan with Lisa
This has been my workout app since since 5 years and has got me great results. I have used this app for crucial and important phases of life including my marriage where I was badly needed to get toned and even after 2 pregnancy one after the other. The plan is regular and feels like guide is with u every day like a personal monitor and a lot of enthusiasm is restored towards my workout.
Still no heart rate integration from Apple Watch
Calories burnt shown are generic and will show the same every time, no matter how much fast you run. Plus no integration with Apple Watch for heart rate. Would love the heart rate integration and more accurate calorie burnt readings. Otherwise running plans are good I must say.
