I really enjoy this app. It has single exercises, training plans, yoga, and exercise plans. I have completed several exercise plans like base 3 and base 6. I have completed the midfoot project and will soon complete the need for speed. It keeps me in check and allows me to safely branch out to new drills. The individual exercises have very short videos with all you need to hear and see. I am running injury free with this and making progress.
This training app has everything & great support. The strength training includes yoga & stretching every runner needs & sometimes doesn’t know where to start. It also guides you back from injury so you don’t go out & do it again. Also the extra training sessions Midfoot & speed are wonderful. Best app & program ever. You won’t regret signing up!! I’ve been running just a few years. I’m not real young and wanted to make sure I had the strength and mobility to continue for years to come and this app helps tremendously!! Love the work outs, training programs, and support in the fb group. I’ve had a few friends sign up too and they felt the same.
After being a lurker of RunSmart on FB for far too long, I threw a Hail Mary and bought the Midfoot Project and a run form analysis. Patrick was the one who looked at my videos I submitted and never has anyone given me so much thorough feedback and actual remedies to start working on immediately, I was super impressed and realized very quickly I had found my people! You see, I was always dealing with a left knee issue and shin pain on my left side only. I was doing drills and strength exercises other run coaches had given me but none of it ever corrected my left sided issues. Enter RunSmart, I have so many of their runner specific exercises memorized now and can incorporate them into other workouts I do so it’s been a game changer! I’m still not the fastest runner yet but I’m running pain free and if issues try to creep in, I am now educated on how to go back a few steps to correct things even while I am still running! I love RunSmart, I have zero regrets buying the Midfoot and Kneed for Speed programs:)
I don’t know what I would do without the RSO program and this app makes it so easy to always have the workout, stretches and my own personal training plan with me at all times! Thank you for continuously improving it!
When I discovered RunSmart, I had no idea how pivotal it would be in changing my running life and how paramount it would be in keeping me on the road and injury free for years to come! Not only have the run-centric exercises added so much to my running, but the injury protocol has been key in dealing with issues that arise quickly and getting back out running strong with little or no down time! The app has made using RunSmart so easy as it’s always on the phone, ready to go! As an older runner, who is ‘newer’ to running… I can honestly say that since I have been using the RSO app, for even the strength training alone, I have not had to stop training or running for any injury…for 3 1/2 years! DPT Steve Gonser and crew really know what they are talking about and how to best help runners get stronger, faster and to keep themselves healthy and on the road (and trails) consistently! I highly recommend this app and membership program for anyone (especially annoying over 40) who wants to run strong, feel strong, and keep on running!
Excellent strength training and injury recovery. Couldn’t run a year ago and told I need a knee replacement. Running up to 9 miles now with minimal pain and much quicker recovery times. Yeah Runsmart!!
This app has helped me stay injury free since 2019. I had multiple injuries and issues before runsmart online. Shin splints, IT band issues, calf strains, and plantar fasciitis. Since I have started using Steve and Patrick’s amazing program I have not only been injury free, but have improved my form and speed as well. I tell everyone about this program! It’s awesome!
I’ve worked with Steve for years battling injuries and working with him through his PT. I am happy to report that I haven’t seen him in person for quite some time! I don’t want to jinx myself but consistency with this program makes a difference! See you at the Buffalo Half! 🥰💪🏃♀️
