Extremely poor service while planning the bus trips. No contact option to reach out to driver and chat support is useless. I used it for invictus school drop and have been facing issues again and again. Once there was no bus allocated and another time we just waited for 40 minutes. Please improve your services if you are serious.

I have loaded $50 in my account. Tried atleast 10 times on different days to book a ride, but never got one. Also no option to transfer the money back to my bank account

TAKE NOTE: Strictly NO CANCELLATION is allowed ONCE POOLING IS CONFIRMED, even though driver hasn’t been found. Rushowl will only cancel 5-30 minutes before set departure time if no driver is found. Very unfair and ridiculous to force customers to wait till last minute before cancelling their pooling; no time for them to find alternative rides if Rushowl fails to find them a driver.

Booked a ride but my notifications weren’t working so didn’t notice a ride was confirmed. I later got a call from the customer service asking if I was going to board soon. They were very patient and the kind driver was also very patient. Extremely thankful for their service and user-friendly app!

Signed up for SCSM 2022 and needed transportation. Shuttle bus was on time and q affordable!

Cant even book a ride

A good concept but the execution is disappointing. Driver drove off before the estimated pick up time. No call to notify the end user whatsoever. The support team was responsive but could not do much else except to offer an apology. I was late for my appointment and had to arrange for my own transportation at extra cost.

It took forever to pool. There is no cut off time. If you confirm the pooling 1 minute before the ride, no one will be able to react! Good idea bad execution!

Drivers are polite and on schedule and vans are pleasant.. thanks !!

Drivers are friendly and great, will be amazing if more people can pool together. Thumbs up for speedy service!
