Why does the RView app on my phone keeps going off line I can’t get intouch with the people who fitted my cameras they have gone bust so I need the help of your selfs because it’s your system Mrs Diamond

Very poor the play back never works!! Please fix this app it can’t be hard just to fix the bugs for playback!

Awful app, it’s slow and has to be reset each I want to view the cameras. Often crashes too.

Since updating to the new IOS parts of the screen are to big within the App so can’t connect properly. Tired to use the two zoom settings in I phone but size remains the same. Tried the APP support and it is all in Chinese. Please could you update your app accordingly

This app is terrible. How should I start? The playback doesn’t work properly, It kept crashing and booting you out when assessing the playback, You can’t set a day apart (Ex: 27/01 start date - 28/01 end date) for the playback where the app will display a message that doesn’t even finish its sentence and you’ll be left clueless as to what the app wants you to do, You can’t scrub the playback recording or else you’ll risk having the video being super laggy... My goodness this app is extremely agonising to use! It tests your patience and annoys the heck out of you with its super user-UNfriendly controls and interface! Perhaps you’ll end up with more patience from using the app... Developers, please can you fix the issues mentioned and kindly spare us the torture that this app brings????

Always crashing. Slow. Clunky and not a user friendly interface

ADT told me to use it but it has not worked for months. Useless.

Just had an update and now will not work thanks for that. Now looking at other apps for a better one

Did work when we installed it then stop working after few days.

Very intermittent working, if you were being burgled you would have to arrange a small window when the App was working!
