App needs work
It’s pretty dated. Keeps telling me data incorrect— my license expiration date???, I think that is cut and dry, also they need to number each individual rental, complicated to find one you like. Amp it up !!

Jeremy was great to work with. We would definitely recommend to others.
Loved everything about the ease of use for the app and the booking process. Loved the camper we selected and the people we were connected with through the app (camper owner). However, the total bill jumped up much much higher than expected with all of the fees and insurance. Our total bill was 3 times higher than the advertised nightly rate. That was very misleading and disappointing.
A host delivered a camper with non working AC on 100 degree day in TX. We had to rent a hotel for my elderly uncle who went into A-Fib due to heat. Host delivered camper, yet we were charged $340 for roadside assistance. We called host & requested pick-up 2 days early, but were denied any discount for a unusable camper.
Never work or alowed me to fill out my info so i can get paid for my rentals.. like over 30 e mail back and forth with RV Share and Stripe.. and nobody coul figure it out..costumer service is horrible… I still have the problem nobody can solve..sunshine state
My experience with the RV and the owner were great, but the app was almost unusable because it shut down every time I tried to login.
Doesn't work with an Apple iPhone 15. Unable to upload documents. Crashes. The absolute worst!
As a rv owner, trying to make quotes, message people and general listing edits, the app is always glitching or errors or times out. Even from the desktop version it does the same thing.
I rent my camper through RVshare because it sits more than it is used this is my own personal camper and would like people to be able to enjoy it. But recently I rented it to a marketing company out of Seattle for the Bonnaroo Festival and at the end of the rental the customer said the keys was in the kitchen on the counter and was ready to go. So me and my 10 year old son went to get it we get there and hook everything up and I go to open the door to let the slide in and put the steps up but the door is locked. So tried calling the renter but they was on a flight back to Seattle so I called RVshare roadside assistance and they finally said they would get locksmith out needless to say no one ever showed up. I kept getting text messages from roadside assistance saying they were still coordinating roadside assistance for me And still nothing and it is 90+ degrees out so I took it upon myself and got a locksmith it cost me $310.00 which I paid out of my pocket. Not to include the 7 hours of my time and my son. And yet RVshare refused to reimburse me for that. So be careful with your campers. If you have a claim you most likely won’t be reimbursed for any damages. Just like insurance companies who only look out for themselves.
My experience with RV Share has been nothing short of frustrating. The customer service is abysmal. If you have an issue that needs to be resolved over the phone, expect to be connected to a call center where the employees barely speak English and refuse to escalate your call. Instead of speaking with a higher authority, they will either transfer you to another employee of the same rank or pretend to be the supervisor themselves. Moreover, the additional fees tacked on are outrageously high. You’re much better off looking for a local person who rents out RVs—it will be significantly cheaper. Avoid RV Share if you value your time, money, and sanity.
