App keeps freezing. Opens won’t let me add meals. Very frustrating

What’s the fix?

You seriously need to ask what sort of thinking is behind an app like this. A dietician recommends this app to me. He demonstrates it. Awesome. I download the app. It wants my email… the email I provided previously. What email? I go to the Rx web site. NO hint at all about how to get involved. None. Bunch of bafflegab about how wonderful it is. NO meaningful or helpful info. . Here’s an idea for the geniuses behind this… have a section…. do you want to get involved? Here’s how. You’re welcome.
