Charged for an hour because of a gpsproblem
My building is close from the end of the map but parking next to it is allowed and many scooters are their daily. I parked at this spot but the gps not accurate enough decided that I couldn’t end the ride. I pressed end without noticing it because there is usually a lag of 5-10 second before the app ends the ride, and closed the app. I then received an hour later a bill for the full hour plus 20€ charge for parking outside of the map (36€ total). I contacted the service to explain what had happened and they agreed to cancel the 20€ but not the full hour has they still told me it was my fault for not parking in the area allowed on the map. This is after me sending them pictures of the scooter parked in the area with screenshots of the map and pictures of the building so they could understand where I parked. Very disappointed especially since I spent a lot of money for subscription since I downloaded the app and that I didn’t have time to use my latest subscription to its full extent because ryde decided to stop their service for a few days because of the weather without giving back the days later to users.
