S-Patch Sports

S-Patch Sports is a heart rate (HR) monitoring app intended for use during an exercise or workout. The App must be paired to a wearable HR tracking device, S-Patch, in order to get activated and receive HR signal. Once connected to the S-Patch device via. Bluetooth, S-Patch Sports App will display HR in real-time while changing the display color according to the following rules:
- Blue : HR less than 60
- Green : HR between 60 and 100
- Yellow : HR betweeen 100 and 160
- Red : HR above 160
Target audience: The App is to be used by those wanting to see their HR in real-time while they are exercising, training or playing sports. The users of this App must be wearing the S-Patch device as instructed.

The overall solution consists of:
a) S-Patch, an HR monitoring device that continuously measures heart rate (HR) and streams it to a mobile app;
b) S-Patch Sports App, a mobile app that displays real-time HR values as they are received from the S-Patch device.

- Connect to a specific S-Patch device
- Display incoming HR in real-time
- Start and End the HR tracking
- Show color indicator for HR values
* The S-Patch Sports App needs the Serial Number from S-Patch device in order to be activated. For displaying HR continuously, it is essential for the App to remain connected to the S-Patch device.
