need to re-login every time I open the app and now I even can’t retrieve password? Plus there is no info provided to guide account inactive issue.

Every time I’m in a rush, the app would log out on it’s own and requesting to log in again. This happened countless times already. At least make a face recognition or 6 digit password rather than log in so many times. Worse than bank apps. Super annoying

Very terrible apps.Why asking for account verification again even though i have successfully verified everything.Try log in again non stop asking for verification again.

Most useless piece of trash app in this store. Verification keep failing after trying to register app to new phone. If you can’t do a proper app just close down. What a waste of resources.

Suggest to reduce payment steps to have a faster and more efficient payment process, like other e-wallets.

User experience is pretty bad. A lot of unnecessary clicks and tabs. Also, payment loading is too slow. Look at how seamless is TNG, Boost, Grab, WeChat Pay…

The app feels like half bake by fresh graduate student that doesn’t has any experience on it. The layout of the UI is a mess and it doesn’t load or get stuck on a page even after closing the app and reopening it. The app tends to auto log out user and can be very annoying. I suggest that the hire developer and designer that has experience on the app for improvement.

Reinstall the apps 2 times and problem on invalid qr code remain. Use other ewallet apps & bank qr pay seems ok.

I hope S Pay Global can scan DuitNow QR code. Can pay postpaid phone bills.

Reset password sebab lupak and nak tuka no hp lamak juak dhya sidak suroh hantar email suroh isik detail apa suma at the end sidak padh sik dapat macamni la org nak baya parking!!!!!
