S4 Connect

The old app wasn’t great, the new one just works. Rota, holiday, taping in & out, shift swapping all work smoothly.

the ui on the older app was better and easier to naviagte this new app has longer loading times

I don’t know how this app has even been released, nothing works, can’t contact a human when going through help desk

The app doesn’t work, when I first downloaded it before I worked perfectly for me, then an update came and it’s not working at all now! Just shows the first black page advertising its name and that’s it.

While on the Home Screen when loading the app it will show me my next working shift, as soon as I go to the rota segment in the application, all I get is the spinning buffering wheel of doom! Connection not an issue, 4g/5g/wifi - onsite or off site of company worked for using the system it will not load my rota. Even after deleting and redownloading or vary to an older week to view past shift, the wheel of doom keeps spinning.

Awful app, have to update a few times a week at the moment? Very impractical for a essential work app? Desktop version works fine might have to give up with the app completely if the updates continue

Would be great if home screen widgets became an option, so i can see my next shift easily without having to open the app. That or push notifications for shift changes/heads up I.E. 2 hours until your next shift. These sort of things would be very useful to hospitality workers where rota’s are constantly changing and none of us are ever really sure what days it is on account of the odd hours. 😂

Complete waste of time… never loads the shifts and your forever having to un install the app and then re installing it to get it to work. If it ever actually worked it would be a great app.
