Needs improvement
I recently started using the app for banking and already disappointed with it to be honest * too sluggish and non-intuitive * menus are too convoluted, basic things like card details are buried in where as non-necessary things like 360 etc are in your face * security features are poor. You have to enter password every time even after enabling faceid login * the last screen you saw remains until your next login (ie logon now, open account details, go back to iphone home screen, 3 days later open sabb - even before entering the password you will see the account details you had 3 days ago) * cosmetically very much behind other banking apps. … Good sides are * a lot of banking tasks can be done using the app from paying bills to international transfers, opening accounts etc
