Surprised how good this has been! I used to pay for personal trainer twice a week which was so expensive! I’m getting the same from this app for way cheaper, it keeps me on track of my goal. It’s been great for adapting to my ankle injury and if I need to change any of the activities.
Best in the market!! Used Runna for a while but fancied a change. Seriously improved my fitness with the super personalised plans. Took a few weeks off and it adjusted the plans, which kept me hitting my goals. Thanks Sabio!!

This app has an awesome workout program and i can chat with a coach for extra guidance. It's like having i have my own personal trainer Plus, i can replay workouts based on how i feel. It gives me a training plan based on breathing focused runs and intervals with breaks to manage my asthma during my runs. I'm so excited to start training for a half marathon with this app. I can't wait to see my progress!
I didn’t know if this would really be for me as I tend to be reasonably disciplined with my fitness but decided to give it ago as I had a particular event I wanted to train for. The onboarding process is a little wordy but I guess a whole lot quicker than talking to a human coach. The two week schedule it generated felt very well balanced and I’ve been sticking with it - no doubt helped by the desire to see each day ticked off and my streak growing! The app is certainly making a positive difference to my fitness.
This app is really helping me stick with my weight loss goal and adapts its workout plan and advice based on what information you tell it such as work schedule or current injuries. Can’t recommend it enough!
