I’m grateful and appreciative for all that Waste Management offers and always on a timely basis. If I was unable to receive the customer service which Waste Management provides I would surely know what I was missing.

Appreciate knowing when it is okay to put the recycling bin out for pick up. I also appreciate the reminder that tomorrow is trash day and weather permitting I will mow the lawn and dump my clippings! Thanks

The app is fine, however, the notice of the type of refuse to be picked up. The following day should be sent out earlier in the day.

The can reminder notification arrives a few hours after the last truck has picked up. Otherwise the app is useful as a reference tool.

the inbuilt waste calendar is a lifesaver!

Love having this on my phone since I can never remember what week is recycle. Makes my life so much easier!
