تطبيق سيء وبطيء جدا والادارة لا تتفاعل مع ملاحظات او شكوى العملاء

App is quite improved but when you click pictures they should be popped out to have good zoom out view. Pics can’t be zoom and seen clearly. Please improve if possible.

خدمة سيئة، اتوا عمال التركيب و تركوا ارفف و اجزاء الخزانة في الارض و اعتذروا عن التركيب بحجة انه لا يوجد معهم دريل ! كلمت موظفي خدمة العملاء لا يوجد تجاوب نهائيا

-I Can’t connect WhatsApp chat to ask about my order, or any questions -No email for contacting -No phone number for customer service -Not showing the expected date for delivery -Small pictures , need to put more pictures for the items .

You have bad services

Very bad costumer service no one can help you with anything no communication between online and stores Delivery time not accurate you wait for them the hole day and they dont show up I made an order and paid for 3 items when i call they tell me its only one item showing and theres nothing they can do about it although i have a receipt with everything I wish there’s something less than 1 start to give you for such a service
