Safe Car Wash

5* for the concept behind the app, 3* for the app itself. The only thing I think really needs changing is the slide bar to select the cost of the car wash. It is way too sensitive in going up in penny increments so I found I could not get it accurate at all. + and - buttons that go up in 25p increments would be better or just let the user enter the amount themselves into £ and pence boxes. Other than that it’s a good concept and idea.

The app is so easy to use and great to know that I can play my part in helping the authorities to map and stop modern slavery in hand car washes. Thank you

I visited a car wash yesterday and felt uneasy. I downloaded the app today with the intention of trying to discover if my concerns were justified. I looked up news etc and was then unable to go back to reporting without closing the app down and re-opening. Like the other review I would have liked to go through the stages to see what it involved but could not do it as a ‘practice’ run or put in yesterday’s location where I had my car washed. I am happy to be involved with testing an app

I made a mistake and tried out App and reported a fictitious car wash, apologies!

Brilliant idea but no matter how much I try - including uninstalling and reinstalling I can’t get past the pay page to submit my report -sad as my local car wash probably needs investigating as non of the workers wear protective wear and charge just £5 for an outside and inside clean of a van

Great idea but totally useless if it doesn’t let you complete your entry and send it. Also crashes repeatedly.

Just a note for the developers that when you click on the menu to learn more, there is no way to go back to the homepage to submit a hand car wash survey. Clicking X just took me back to data usage page I was reading. I can just close the app and reopen though.

Too many occasions where I get into a dead end or the app doesn't let me carry on using it. Not good when the launch is making national news. Fix it asap.

Once I found this app hidden in the iPhone list, I have the iPad, it installed but on using only the feature list is available. Not good!
