I’m entering my 21st year as a SAFE member. Even though I no longer live in the Sacramento area, I am so pleased with the banking experience, I have maintained my membership. The level of professionalism is TOP NOTCH. I don’t have a single negative comment to make. Thank you, SAFE Credit Union, for doing such a wonderful job!!

The app is very inconvenient and is always down when I need it the most. This has caused a lot of disruption and problems with my finances and should be addressed immediately. The ATMs at most of the locations are usually not working as well and makes it very inconvenient when wanting to do a withdraw close to home. The app is very unpredictable and instead of asking our opinion or a review safe should probably focus on repairing or fixing and addressing these issues. This should be a number one priority.

The app does not work consistently

Good app however, on very frequent occasions I’ll try opening the app and it will say “cannot display information at this time” and will continue saying that for hours. It’s very inconvenient especially when i’m trying to transfer money to purchase things.

App is fine but after updating to IOS 18 I’m upset there’s no more widget

Check online deposit doesn’t work

I was able to view my loan payments and balance. My Nissan was a total loss from an accident so my Insurance Co paid off the loan. As soon as the money was received, an error message appeared preventing me from seeing account activity.
