Safe Place is an app for children and young people with a focus on strengthening mental health. Safe Place offers both concrete exercises that can help the body, emotions and thoughts to calm down in the moment and that can also be helpful in the longer run.
In Safe Place you will find knowledge and information about how you can feel and react when you are experiencing stressful situations or if you have had such experiences before. It is important to know that Safe Place is not a form of treatment and can not replace a psychological treatment.
Safe Place is a safe space for you who experience or have previously experienced frightening events or strong stress. It is common to feel bad when one is involved in such experiences, also much later. Here you will find exercises that can help you deal with emotions and thoughts in the moment. They can also help in the long run if used regularly. Sometimes more help and support is needed to be able to feel better again and then it is important that you talk to an adult.
In the app you will get:

Jätte bra men..
Älskar Appen, har hjälpt sjukt Mycket men jag önskar om det fanns en sån minigame för att städa din rum eftersom jag har inte haft energin att göra nåt åt det, det skulle hjälpa jätte mycket!!

Gärna fler förslag på känslor i känslokollen! En favorit i appen är ”släppa tanken” 🍃 så fina metoder för barn och vuxna 🩷

Appen funkar jättebra och får mig att somna enkelt innan hade jag alltid ångest och problem sen tipsa en kurator mig om appen och nu har jag aldrig somnproblem

Appen har hjälpt mig jättemycket under svåra perioder❤️ Den är bra utformad och övningarna är mycket användbara. Älskar också att man kan läsa varför övningarna är bra och liknande. Jättebra app!!

Jätte bra app men jag blir utslängd efter ett tag när jag har användt appen en stund. Tycker oxå man borde kunna ändra sitt mående under dagen med tanke på att man inte känner samma känslor hela tiden
