Online safety is the good business move, I would recommend looking at your options
We are very happy about online safety, however I would highly recommend other options. We were a long time client and had to switch services from constant tech failures and challenges on-site. Login for staff members using the program for years would randomly not work, user names/ emails would already be in the system and not allow staff to create profiles, pictures failed to upload, during updates we held on tight as there was a long period to work out the bugs. After years of paying for the service they wouldn’t give any pro-rated deal as we had to switch due to technical errors and user ease. We aren’t a large client but it was extremely disappointing to be thrown aside, loyalty and appreciation doesn’t last long. Our whole team is happy on the switch to another platform
