They are terrible. No flow to the questions and the required photos that populate at the bottom should be by group, such as all the electrical photos needed, instead of being in alphabetical order. Interior questions should be first, people expect you inside at the appointment time, not outside fir 15-20 minutes before entering. There are things like detached structures asked three times in the script, making the need for 8-10 photos of the same structure.

When are the script’s going to be reworked? They are terrible, interior inspections have the exterior questions first which is ridiculous since PH’s except us in the house at appointment time. Same question is asked multiple times, such as detached structures Very poor

We need to be able to select multiple work orders to show on a map simultaneously. As it is it takes an hour or more to locate and screenshot each then upload those to your photo editor, make them all except one transparencies then overlay them all to plan your route for the day.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to pass on to the IL’s we do on SV that we are not adjusters???? I keep getting the work orders back saying the percentage I put was wrong. Just an example, recently I’ve been to two separate fire IL’s, pretty much total losses. Both properties look about the same in completion. One I gave 50%ish (homeowner said 95%, um no. Only one I never listed what homeowner said). It was sent back as too low and they told me to change it to 75%. FYI I can’t change it on the app. So the next one I give 75% and they say it’s too high. Last week I was at a water damage. They are partially back in the home. Cabinets were there to be installed everything had been delivered. Floors were in paint and baseboards done. Literally will be completely done in a matter of days and they send it back saying the percentage given was 25% too high. I can not gage their logic. The insurance companies need to tell the homeowners to have a completed list and a not completed list from the contractor and the contractor needs to figure the percentage so this doesn’t continue to be a problem. Then the insurance companies can decide if the percentage given is correct. Then hash it out with the contractor. We are there to gather the photos to prove the work is being completed. My co worker is having the same issue. Neither of us have had this issue in the 30+ years of doing these for any other company. They aren’t paying us to be adjusters. If they were then it would be worth the time needed to go through the up to 100 pages in the scope to nit pick everything to determine a %. That would take quite a bit of time to put that together. 🤷‍♀️ anyway, maybe something could be passed on to help these move along in a more efficient manner. Thanks.

Terrible experience So many problems

Super frustrating. Seriously adds hours to my work week when my time is money being self employed. It makes no sense you can’t upload pictures you take yourself which is irritating because mommy camera is amazing and the app suppresses the pictures. If I go to upload my own pics on the app it says JPG ISNT ACCEPTED!!! What!?!?!?!?

App is straight trash. Developers spends no time giving bugs. Slog and crashes!

Every release of this app is worse than the one before. You should get out of the app business because you just cannot do it.

when viewing larger size photos to determine the label of each photo, when clicking the X in the upper left corner, the icon X desapear and the app crashes. (specific error on ios16.x.x) I use IPhone 14 / IOS 16.0.3. I my iPhone 12 / iOS 14.4 the app works fine.

Horrible app making work more difficult than it should be. Frequent messages that say I can’t log in unless I update app but there no update to be had. Guess I just can’t work today…
