En la última versión de IOS, no deja volver a retomar la sincronización de e-mail y calendario.
CRM intuitivo y fácil de manejar.
Me decidí a implantar este CRM por su aparente facilidad y no me equivoqué. El equipo Comercial tiene fácil acceso a toda la información que necesita de manera rápida e intuitiva. Muy recomendable.
Poco intuitivo
Es muy poco intuitivo. La app para IPhone no para de pedirme que les de acceso a mi ubicación y no tengo porque darla. La versión web es menos intuitiva aún. Después de años usando HubSpot, lo echo de menos.
El mejor CRM con diferencia
El más practico y útil CRM que he probado en años.
Doble decepción, sin cambios tras 4 años
Dirijo el departamento comercial de una empresa con casi 10000 trabajadores y deje de usar ForceManager hace 4 años por errores de sincronización con mail y tlfn de las actividades del equipo, sumado a un completo pasotismo por atención al cliente de Force. En diciembre del año pasado vuelven a contactar con nosotros asegurando muchos cambios y ningún error. A día de hoy 3 meses después de abonar la factura de un año de servicio que hay que abonar por anticipado, y con un suplemento por cargar datos históricos de años anteriores, aún no hemos podido acceder a la plataforma, ni recibido una llamada para comprobar que podemos acceder. Ya les he comunicado que no seguiremos el año que viene si es que me obligan a continuar todo el año sin devolvernos nuestro dinero. Actualización, a 4 meses con los usuarios ya activos, siguen sin registrarse las llamadas ni los emails.
Error de conexión
Con la ultima actualización y iOS16 el app es inestable, al entrar salta continuamente. App eliminada y re instalada y persiste el problema. No se como solucionarlo. Alguien más con el mismo problema ?
Todo sincronizado y fácil de usar
Muy aconsejable. Mis actividades están sincronizadas, mis reuniones incluidas las de videollamada, email, visitas, etc Me ayuda a estar rápidamente organizado y poder hacer seguimiento y planificar.
Ahora no puedo vivir sin ella
Gracias a ForceManager todos trabajamos más cómodamente y accedemos a nuestras notas y comentarios de nuestros clientes más fácil. El reportar durante las visitas se ha vuelto más fácil que nunca
Facilidad de uso
Ha simplificado mi día a día al máximo. Es un CRM muy intuitivo y con mucho potencial, altamente recomendable
