This App is outdated and in desperate need of an overhaul. This does not reflect well on the capabilities of the organization and is a potential deterrent. Kindly overhaul this App and do so immediately.

Horrible and dated UX, no FaceID login. Sagicor should be embarrassed.

Cannot automatically login to app have had to use safari webpage to access account info.

Wish I could give it 0, would not recommend. Save with them, use Scotia for their app and mobile service

I gave 2 stars because the app isn’t completely useless. However the design is terrible compared to other banking apps. It’s like using Windows 98. What I hate most is that bank balance doesn’t seem to update in real time which is very confusing. Also when looking at the already hard to read transaction history it filters the dates in ascending order which is annoying because you then either have to scroll through multiple pages or filter individual dates at time. You get logged out if you accidentally hit the back button. Kmt

Come on Sagicor! You guys gotta do better. App is so old fashioned and as you click back, It logs you out. And now you cant use password thats already saved in your phone

The user interface is like a screenshot from a browser. It need to be more modern. If you click go back it logs you out

I don’t know how the app is since it will not open. When I select the app the screen says Login. Why it says this I don’t know, it is an unnecessary extra step that is not needed, just show the login page first. I mean what else am I going to do? When I click login the app closes. I have never been able to use it.
