It’s no wonder that this app has such low ratings. I tried to add our tickets to Apple Wallet but couldn’t do it. After I restarted the app, the add to Apple Wallet option simply disappeared. I then tried to send the ticket to my phone so that I could access it without wifi but what I got was a link. And then QR code for this ticket disappeared and I am not able to recover it. Now I don’t know if I will have trouble at the entrance.

You have to download the app to order tickets. I was able to do that easily enough, but once you get to the church they direct you to a QR code that *should* take you to an audio guide, but it actually directs you to the App Store so that you can download the app … which you already have if you ordered tickets that way. One of the people working there was able to get me to the audio guide via connecting me to the site’s wifi and by fiddling with my phone, but his fingers were moving so fast I couldn’t follow and there’s no way I could have figured it out on my own. Later the WiFi kept kicking out. How about an intuitive, easy to understand app? That would be nice.

I bought times tickets ahead of time of the website. The confirmation email says I need to download their app to get my tickets. I use the reservation number they provided and get an error message about downloading the tickets. Hopefully they’ll take the email they sent me. Garbage app.

Due to high demand, plan getting your tickets 4-6 weeks in advance. I made a mistake when I placed my first reservation and it was quickly resolved! Plan ahead and it will be easy!

Absurd that there is no option or help on site

The app is only used for redeeming your tickets and listening to an audio guide. That being said, this is one of those things that you do in advance. Beforehand, when you have WiFi. I’d suspect that is the problem most people are having.

3/5/2024. Cannot purchase tickets with 4 different credit cards. Finally a Wells Fargo bank card processed smoothly after 2 days.

We tried sooo many times over a period of days to buy tickets through the app to no success. We went in person and talked with the workers outside and they were of no help. They told us that was the only way and they offered no solutions for how to get tickets. We saw the red Barcelona tourism info booth on Carrer de Sardenya, in front of Plaça Sagrada Familia. They were super helpful and immediately able to get us tickets. My advice to fellow travelers- don’t waste time trying to buy tickets on the app if it doesn’t work the first time. Just go in person to the booth! It’s not officially connected to the Sagrada Familia foundation and that’s why the workers at the building won’t tell you about it. As an additional note, it seems like some credit cards from non-European countries don’t work on the app due to differences in security features. That’s the only reason I could find as to why my visa didn’t work.

Giving this app the least stars possible is the only vindication I can get for the immense amount of time I wasted trying to purchase tickets - trying multiple credit cards, both through this app and online, using various emails. It just doesn’t work. For the sake of everyone, please fix this!
