Application Reliability
The Application is not reliable and it keeps hanging when trying to reserve tickets for posted games. The games are posted just 16-18 hours before the game start and purchasing a ticket does not give the supporter a guaranteed entrance. The use of this program at the 20th Asian handball tournament has proven major failure and could not satisfy the wide range of spectators who were trying to reserve tickets for themselves. This application does not have a back up when it is under failure. What happened in the semifinal and final 20th Asian Handball Tournment games reservation demonstrated the inability of the management of this program to provide a safe and high quality product for the users.
