Saily eSIM: Data for travel

Due to technical restrictions beyond Saily's control, they cannot ensure the stable operation of the Saily app in the UAE, despite selling eSIMs for UAE

This is close to a scam. They have a list of countries covered. Cambodia is among them. They have various plans, one of which is Asia . The plans do not list anywhere the countries they include. It turns out that Cambodia is NOT included in the Asia plans, so i was without Internet for five days in Cambodia, having paid for it. The agents in the chat do not know this, so in addition I wasted time with them trying to sort the connection which was nice the in the first place. Thieves.

I am in Buffalo, New York and this app messed me up. Even after renewing my plan twice, I couldn't get any network. I had to hop into malls to use WiFi to get around the city. And to think it's so expensive , yet useless!

After this eSIM was installed I lost my ability to make calls or send texts on the international call plan I have on my phone. I spent all day on the chat with Sally operaters trying to get my calls access back working. I was instructed to delete the wrong eSIM, and so lost all the data from there. I was told to reset my network settings, when I asked why I was being told to do this the operator said ‘to improve your network strength’, I had no problem with network strength, and this would have wiped my banking and flight booking passwords. I used up almost all the data I bought from sally on the online chat. I now have no data, and no ability to make calls, after around 5 hours on the chat. An awful experience!

Do not trust and believe that this app will connect you to anything in Zimbabwe. It’s terrible and the customer service isn’t very helpful. DO NOT GET!

I’d been having terrible trouble with the travel roam app. Paid for two eSIMs and couldn’t get either of them to work. Also no customer support which is not acceptable. I searched for another provider and found Saily and I’m so impressed. It worked first time and was cheaper that travel roam. Wish I’d found saily sooner!

I bought data for Zimbabwe and have not been able to connect to anything and I’ve been here more than 24 hours. It is ridiculous, don’t buy. I brought it up with the support team but I still haven’t heard from them and it’s been more than ten hours. I want a refund! And if I could give less that one star I would.

Do not use this app. Takes your money and does nothing. Super pain to get your money back too. Waste of time, don’t bother

I've had my money stolen. The e-sim doesn't work in Taiwan. I feel like I've been scammed. I'm just pleased I didn't lose more money by buying a larger data package. Very disappointed. I can't believe you can advertise a service that doesn't work. Best avoided!

Downloaded sim fine, and was on my phone to use. Sadly only LTE and incredibly slow at loading emails as for trying to stream anything forget it. Very disappointing I went on the help page and there was nothing that I hadn’t already done, even reset phone a few times and toggled airplane mode on and off. No joy I will be staying well clear of this on future.
