Used a promotional offer to get the 5GB data plan in Karachi. Upon activating the eSIM after reaching I am getting 3G speeds of 0.01 Mbps and no luck talking to an agent. Will have to find another option:(

DO NOT purchase this until you have done your research. Unfortunately I made the mistake of purchasing this first and then when I tried to install it, I found I was unable to do so since my cell phone provider wouldn’t unlock my phone unless I paid off my device in full. Additionally, I tried to give this to a friend who installed it and then lost her device. Once someone installs it (even if it hasn’t been activated), there is no way to retrieve it. Overall I don’t trust this company and I’m assuming there are additional scenarios like the above that will prevent you from actually using the service while they just take your money. They should be more transparent with all of this information before you are allowed to make a purchase.
I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing, but it seems like there is a recurring issue where after the first day the cellular gets extremely slow. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they have been unable to fix the issue. Finally, they said it was an issue with coverage on their end and they would send me an email about when it will be fixed. It was never fixed. Customer service was quick to respond and polite. However, their service simply does not work!
Didn’t work in Mexico. Tried multiple times followed the instructions.

So slow (throttled) that it is barely usable. Takes more than a minute to download a normal WhatsApp photo, maps take a long time to load, searching is painfully slow, etc. I contacted tech support to make sure the settings were all correct by sending them screenshots. Slow speeds continued. When I asked to cancel and for a refund they said they could not because I had used more than 1% (I had used 6%). Not worth it for use in Spain (Madrid).
As a first time eSIM user I had a bit of trepidation but this app worked flawlessly for me. I guess if you need a local phone number this isn’t the way to go, but I just mostly wanted Maps and email and the ability to send iMessages (only Blue works), use FaceTime, WhatsApp, and generally feel connected. Being on an unlimited data plan at home I didn’t really have a sense of how much data I’d need. Bought 1gb for 3 days in London and 10gb for 30 days in Spain (was only there for 14 days but that wasn’t an option). Left each country with data to spare. So I spent a total of about $21. My carrier’s International Plan would have cost $170. Easy to set up. I just followed their instructions to the letter. I guess my only slight complaint is in the wording of the installation instructions - which at one point say something like Activate your SIM (which can be done anytime up to 30 days before you actually touch down in your new country) but that is different than the actual Activation - which shouldn’t happen until just before you arrive at your destination (while you still have internet access) as that begins your clock. Another thing I noticed - that wasn’t a problem - is that in the UK my eSIM didn’t work with my VPN active, but it did in Spain. Different rules for different carriers I suppose. Bottom line it was easy to use, did exactly what I needed it to do and saved me a bunch of dough.
Do not waste your money. This is the worst place to buy your ESim. connection is really really bad. You won’t be able to use it at all. I contact them many times Customer Service could not help either.
Lacks efficient, customer support for navigating problems and challenges with the SIM card. In fact, the chat bot said that it will connect me to a live person, and after several minutes no one ever came when I attempted to continue to communicate with the chat bot it ceased responding
