Sainsbury's Groceries

Tried to login for 3 days. The button stucks at logging in. Also sometimes the website doesn’t even load. Tried multiple VPNs and switched to LTE and all in vain. The website works well in Desktop so there must be something wrong with the website compatibility with Safari/WebKit.

Please could Sainsburys make a meal/recipe function so that customers can save the ingredients for meals in one place and do a quick add? It’s annoying that if I think “I’d like butternut squash curry this week” I have to remember every ingredient which is in it and add manually rather than adding a pre-saved recipe in your app? Following up 2024 - this is still irritating, any plans to make a good app?

I registered twice and all it says I have no access to my account, and need me to phone the number. The first time i called they can’t help me with that. Second time I can’t even call at all.

We have been having it delivered for a little while now and we have not had any problems so would recommend it to anyone who has trouble carrying shopping .

So I have to go through the rigmarole of signing in again and again. There are acres of white space in the layout of the app too.

As a busy single mum, this app is perfect for me. £1 delivery options, favourites section so easy to do a quick weekly order of what I need. Delivery drivers are always so friendly and helpful. Low to high option also helps keep the price of the food shop down. Won’t use any other app.

If you got hacked you should say so but since your mysterious online delivery issues your app has not been right - I have been a customer for years and suddenly all my app details have been erased- I have no past orders j no o save address - I can’t reset (six codes later!!) or log in any more deleted and reinstalled the app all over a 6 hr period - so thank for making me miss the 11pm cutoff so I couldn’t place my order at all this week. I spend a lot of money on a weekly basis so I don’t think a working app is too much to ask for - so until you fix it I have deleted the app and I will shop elsewhere until this is fixed - I’m fed up with Sainsbury’s and IT App developers

Foes anyone know why Sainsbury’s always miss items when delivering to London area? Have ordered a few times and missing certain things I need…

Why do you constantly unlink my Nectar or prevent me from spending my points online. Yet again my Nectar card has become unlinked. The whole point of using online is for delivery and not having to drive to the closest store to use my points and carrying heavy bags.
