Dr. Moylan

Dr. Moylan was very informative showing me my X-rays of my upper and lower back and explaining thoroughly what was happening to my body. Age causing a lot of my problems.

Great with a few issues

I love that I can confirm check in, bit upcoming appointments, print review the visit summaries and communicate with my providers. But making payments has bugs and payment could not be completed multiple times in a row, sometimes Saint Luke’s providers do not show up and follow up appointment cannot be scheduled. Some of it has improved over the last couple years.

Friendly reminders for testing

The application sends reminders that haven’t been linked to setting up the appointment. Seeking help to set up the appointment you find a limited predefined list of “why are you here?” choices. Would possibly be simpler to carry the reminder to the primary reason for creating an appointment.

Results

I like the portal however there are areas that need tweaking. The bills could be more user friendly and also test results. Sometimes it is not clear as to what results or what exactly the fee due and why

Sign in issues

I have an iPhone 15 pro and I am repeatedly getting your account is inactive when I try to sign in and I have to call tech support , it’s been frustrating. Tier two support turned on my Face ID and pin feature to get around it but that is a bandaid for a problem

Very convenient

I find this very convenient and accessible by myself as well as every doctor I see communicates well with it. It also keeps me informed and reminds me of not just what appointments I have but also what appointments I need to schedule and what the results are quickly. This is just another example why St Luke’s continues to be a step ahead of the rest in the KC metro area and beyond.

St. Luke’s/rock Hill orthopedics

Every staff member I have encountered have been totally awesome; while being professional, they are also very personable and “family oriented”. I will recommend Rock Hill Orthopedics. (St. Luke’s) to anyone who needs them.
