This used to be a dream. Now? Useless. Worse than that actually, because it pisses me off every time I try to use it. Try to retrieve your season tickets? You have to log in three times to get there. Log in at all, home page just has points, and nothing else. Oh, and those points don’t change because you CAN’T GET PAST A BLANK SCREEN. want to get to tech support? Just takes you to the blank page of the app. Report a problem? Blank home page. I’ve been going to saints games for many years, this is the third year a friend and I have had season tickets. I’m over this app.

Can’t even log in. Just spins…

Multiple Logins required since fan experience and tickets are separate - note buying tickets is a part of the experience. No ability to expand the seating chart to select the correct seats. No ability to transfer all tickets to Apple Wallet at one time. No ability to get back to the main screen from viewing profile or tickets.

Won’t let me see my tickets. Set up an account. Was told I had to log into the account where I bought my tickets. Kept having to reset my password. Still no tickets. After much frustration, was finally about to get the email to open my tickets.
