Updates always take time to get used to but when efficiency drops, even for a day, due to an update it is extremely frustrating. Using email on the the iPad is now very clunky. If try to arrow around the text while composing an email I end up in the subject box or address box instead of the next line of text. Formatting is lost when pasting text. It takes more steps to look for deals and change deal status than it used to. Perhaps I’m missing something but the calendar doesn’t show individual days anymore but instead is a continuous scroll with only appointments showing and not a “map” of the day (i.e. I can actually see any gaps between meetings). I hope this gets better…

I’ve been working for 3 months now and this solutions is a perfect fit for my company. They have a lot of integrations that made me use everything in just one software and avoid multiple windows or screens. In all this time I’ve required for technical assistance 3 times and the response time is amazing as the time to solve the issue. I was able to upload all my DB from my previous CRM system to Salesmate.io without any assistance (yes is that easy) Thank you Salesmate Team

I’ve recently started a new job and this is the app the company uses. Looks great! Unfortunately, it tends to not be very linear in its layout. It makes little sense to have the physical address, phone numbers, email in separate pages. It should all be in one page making it easy to find. When you click on the contact it should all be there but it’s not. You have to click on the activity or the contact again and you find yourself bouncing back and forth just to get the info. Then, when it comes to the Deal it seems to disappear when you attempt to update it. My guess is because so much time is spent bouncing around that the app need to be logged out and logged back in to reset it so the Deal is not only visible but accessible.

I would love to see a dark mode for desktop and mobile! That and a “list” view for deals instead of the pipeline on mobile. I’ve got a long pipeline and it would help to see them in a list just like desktop. Other than that I love Salesmate. I’ve been looking for a CRM that fits all of my needs and Salesmate is the one! I evaluated others like Keap, Dubsado, and Hubspot for my business, but none of the compared like Salesmate. I love the customization Salesmate allows. I have a very unique business model and it was easy to apply to Salesmate. It’s great to see all my deals in one place now. As my business is growing I’ll have Salesmate to keep me more organized. Very excited to continue to use their services with my business! Cheers

After years, we still can’t switch accounts to work on two separate companies from your app. Pipedrive has had this feature for a while now. Also, notifications are buggy and do not go away when you first check the notifications tab. We find ourselves constantly having to go back in a second time, and closing and reopening the app before they disappear. Not good. Lastly, we don’t seem to have templates available in the app. How come? This is one of your biggest features, and failing to incorporate this into the mobile app is a crucial mistake. The app needs to improve as we find it to be incomplete, and lacking in essential features.
