Auto payment is impossible to set up and when you do it randomly turns off every other month

Sallie Mae is the worst company on the planet and are predatory to young college students

Sallie Mae is not user friendly nor are they humane. They use their system for leverage and don’t care to help out during hard times. They charge outrages interest rates so you will never pay them back and after paying $25,000, you’ll only have paid back $5000 to your loan while they pocket $20,000.

Auto debit should have done its job on the 22nd of Nov.

You guys are charging students too much interest. It’s unethical.
