This app is absolutely the easiest app to navigate. I've tried to use other apps for keto and they were just confusing. This app has been a crucial tool in me learning and following a keto diet. And the recipes in the app are outstanding!

This is the second time I've tried to do keto, so far the app has been very helpful, it has most foods, and you can change the size of the portions to fit you needs, 10/10

As new to KETO, this app has an excellent tracker, and is easy to use. I like that it has recipes and lots of restaurant items, to help you make better choices when dining out. I lost about 8 pounds in the first two weeks. It's an education process, and I've been honest if I've had more carbs than suggested. Looking at many labels is enlightening!

Salmo app is so easy to follow. It helps me keep track of my process and helps keep me progressing forward. I have been using this app for a week and I know of other people who have used this app as well and it's definitely a game changer. I definitely would recommend this app to anyone who is ready to lose weight.

Best app ever to generate, track and customize meal plans. I dont have to worry about counting calories and macros this app does it all. I get the best recipes also, life is so much, easier and delicious since using this app. Love it!
