The UE design is a little convoluted with so many options. I wish the interface was more simplified.

It would be helpful if you can check clients in and out from the app and process/close out tickets once service is complete

Is not notifying me when clients check in

The app doesn’t always alert me of a new appointment or if the client has made an appointment. The app also doesn’t allow you to tell the difference between a client that cancels their appointment and a client that simply moves their appointment. I’ll get an alert that they’ve canceled when they have rescheduled an appointment. Also the app doesn’t; allow you to move the appointment within the dame day to a different time, I have to look on a desktop for that. I also cannot see the ticket unless i am on a desktop…It would be easier if i can truly do all of this from the app!

Please ad a glossary of metric terms so we understand what they stand for. Please include our Gratuity performance as well.

I love love love this app now! The revamp is so user friendlyand most important, it’s fast! Prior to this upgrade it took a long(frustrating)time for the app to load just to book appointments. I also find the new features makes booking, changing and rescheduling appointments so easy. Thanks for the redo, keep it up, please and thank you!

This update was a complete overhaul executed amazingly. New and clean UI, more notifications, can see more stats (tips included) Easier to adjust timing on appointments.. i could go on and on!!! THANK YOU!
