Clumsy, obtuse and unhelpful. Difficult to load its password into my phone and transaction history is back to front. Every other online financial history lists most recent transactions first and earlier ones last. Should support fingerprint/Face ID to open app, again, like every other well-designed finance app.

Crappy app, needs a lot of work.

This stupid app has basically locked me out so I can’t access my own money. I’m sure it is illegal to be taking money from my pay, putting it into an account under my name, but then refusing to allow me to log in, refusing me to reset the email and/or password that it claims is wrong (which it is not), not allowing me to have a physical card unless I pay for it, and because I can’t get into my own god damn account I can’t add the card to my wallet on my upgraded iPhone and still can’t access my money. I’m also peeved that I am charged $2 to salary sacrifice $100 per pay to this card, and then this company only deposits $98. Why am I charged $2 by work and then $2 by this rubbish company?! I’ve had a gut full, I’m going to cancel this set up tomorrow and just have the funds go to a different account with my own bank. At least the $100 will come to me in full rather than paying $104 to actually get it.

I would give zero star if I could. Same problem as other people. Cannot freaking login although using correct password. Very bad

Terrible app! Should put effect on redeveloping it to make it user friendly. Keep logging you out even when you tick remember me.

Same problem as everyone else, unable to login with correct password and the reset password link doesn’t work. I’m going to change companies due to this issue.

Terrible app. I can’t log on with the correct password and then by random chance it may let me log on in one go out of 100. Can’t check my account balances. Terrible app. Should be fixed as this is linked to peoples bank accounts and money! Not happy.

It keeps logging me off and doesn’t remember me even if I tick the remember me box, and also doesn’t allow for pin even if it asks you several times to set up a pin, what’s the point?

App does not remember password even when requested. Seems to randomly reject correct password and makes you try again. Very difficult to use. Do not recommend.
