Madeira Island’s AeroBus and Green Bus Trip Planner
Check timetables, routes and ticket prices of the Aerobus and Green Bus services of Madeira Island.
The Aerobus connects the Airport to most of the hotels in the city of Funchal.
The Green Buses, depart from Funchal and cover the East Side of Madeira Island.
Check timetables by location and/or bus route. Ticket price will also be displayed.
Find the nearest bus stop to your current location.
Find the nearest bus stop to your hotel in Funchal.
Create and save a list of your favourite bus routes and timetables.
The SAM Madeira Bus uses GPS for geolocation purposes, like finding and showing the nearest bus stop to your current location, but also works offline as the timetables and bus routes are stored within your device.
For your convenience free Wi-Fi coverage is available on the Aerobus, at the bus terminals and the Express service of the green buses.
The Aerobus trip into Funchal takes approximately 40 minutes and departs from outside the arrivals terminal, you can’t miss it.
Travel tickets for all bus services are available on board.

Unreliable
The app just doesn’t work properly and needs a lot of work , whenever I enter a destination it doesn’t show me available busses.
Timetable for Aerobus is wrong
Do not use this app. I tried contact the developer but ended up on an error site. The time table in the app does not match the website or Google Maps. It is outdated or wrong.

Horrible Layout, Not ready the new iphones. Some buttons out of display. iPhone 14 Pro
Badly maintained
I tried this app, but scaling doesn’t fit on my iPhone 12 Pro! It’s overscale by prox 15% causing the buttons and menu to be cut. Most of UI doesn’t work, too. And comparing wir the number of bus stops in Google, it holts maybe 20% of all stops… sorry, but his beim it’s useless
Missing scedules
The App isn‘t working accurate on iPhone 12. i miss scedules for bus 103 and eastern Part of the island

Having downloaded the app I am confronted with just airport service and ONLY the east of the Island?! Why is that. I need to see services for the whole island not just part of it!
