I am trying to make sure my daughter’s Paratransit rides for tomorrow are cxed. I call hear the long explanation then get disconnected. It says use the app but the app doesn’t deal with Paratransit. I feel like I am a hamster on a wheel. Like be paratransit but hard to use.
I’m beyond happy with this service, will be a lifetime customer.
Cannot use he app to schedule a paratransit ride. The routing is heavily biased to the limited fixed route bus system. The pickup/drop off maybe more than a mile away, even if your profile is marked wheelchair. Rides on the the on demand service are not guaranteed, even during posted hours of operation.
Has expanded service to more of the city and makes it easier to get around, get more places, and plan my bus trip
Literally have been late to work because the app can’t doesn’t work. I scheduled a ride for a certain time, the app says a certain time, and I get a bus 20 minutes later. That’s Unfair to working people
Scheduling is guess work. There are no options when trying to set a date and time except for “Now.” This makes it difficult to plan one’s day efficiently.
