Together we reclaim our power at a time of life that everyone is telling us we shouldn't! We feel strong, re-energised and we start to feel incredible again with our proven workouts and fabulous community support.
Our full membership includes all workouts in our main workout library. all Strength training classes, Pilates classes, Menofit courses, Ladies beginners weight training course, 31 days of abs blasting, hundreds of recipes, sleep/weight tracking, support and a community of amazing ladies.

The download of Sam Walsh Fitness is free of charge. Should you use Sam Walsh Fitness app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:
Subscription based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
