Thanks for the effort of making such app which offers digital services, motorization is the key for success and growth! It will be better to have all information in english when selecting the application language to be english.

تطبيق فاشل مثل المطورين اللي صمموا التطبيق بالواسطة على سبيل المثال انا مقيم خارج الاردن ولزمني ورقة ، كيف ممكن احصل عليها وانا مش مفعل الهوية الرقمية ؟ لا وشو بحكيلي لازم تزور احد الفروع تسجل بالهوية الرقمية عشان تقدر تستخدم كامل المزاية 😂

Great app and service. Very simple and fast registration. Better than most other countries for the services provided.

Can someone please tell me why I need to login every time I have to open this damn app?? How about this crazy idea of it opening up without logging in also how about more language support?

Every time I try to click on خدمة تجديد الجواز الدائم the app crashes and closes! FIX IT before launching an app like this! How do you expect me to trust putting my most sensitive data on an app that clearly doesn’t work!
