I paid for a reading and then for some reason couldn’t access it, when I went into the reading it was blank on the readers page for several minutes and this happened on several occasions of trying to access. Now my credit has disappeared. Contacted Sanctuary and say engineers are looking into it, not been offered a refund. Not a happy customer. Unable to get what I paid for and they’ve taken my money!

I’ve been using the app for years as a quick quick guide to remind myself of what the houses or planets mean etc. I obviously always had pop ups for readings and other things that would be paid for but the new update has made it so I can no longer view the guides without paying at least £14.99 which is money i do not have. It’s unfortunate but I will have to turn to somewhere else now.

I don’t open the app much but when I do, I know it’s because I’m going through a tuff time. I have no one to count on, I live in a different country to my family, I don’t want to worry them nor do I have a safety net to fall back on, on my hardest falls. I face many challenges, mentally and physically, I lose hope, I lose motivation, I lose faith in myself. I analyse the situation and I feel week and think to myself “you’ve come this far, don’t give up now”…. I then get drawn to the app and read all about that day, and it all either makes sense or best of all, gives me hope for a better tomorrow. Thank you for making this app.

I had an account for less than 5 minutes before deleting. Pointless. No real information on aspects or transits, just magazine horoscope vibe. Nothing like the sanctuary app I had years ago. Every tap gives you an advert for “readings” which are ridiculously priced. Very off putting & made me delete my account. Compatibility is based off sun signs? Any one with any astrology knowledge knows you cannot read compatibility based off sun signs. No depth in this app whatsoever, why would I pay a subscription for a magazine type horoscope with lack of information & not even using proper synastry methods? I’m sticking with TimePassages.

This app used to be my favourite app and I would use it everyday for two years (when I deleted social media it was my go to as it felt like texting) it gave you so much information the text like messages were really helpful! Now they’ve changed the design and hardly give any information about your days like they use to, whoever did the redesign of this app has ruined it and now I barely use it because it’s just the bare minimum words and starting to look like something you would get when you search on google I’m so dissapointed please bring back how it was before :((((

I downloaded sanctuary a few months back (well quite a few 😅) and I’ve always been surprised with how accurate it is every damn time, even down to really specific stuff it’s kinda scary 😂🖤

The app is incredibly made. Great user interface. Also love their Instagram! I just think their mediums are a little expensive and vague for the price. $4.99 - $6.99 per minute feels excessive. That’s around $200 for half an hour. I’ve had incredible readings for more than half the price. I would recommend Etsy if you’re looking for cost effective readings. But overall great app! :)

when i first used this a few months ago all my chart was wrong. it didn’t have the right signs or houses, if i was a beginner i would have thought i was a leo rising when i am cap lol. but i’ve been looking for a new astroapp so i thought i’d give it another go and now the signs, houses and degrees are all correct. I just LOVE the way it’s set out. it’s so so easy to read and understand, a lot of the apps are all over the show and it’s difficult to navigate but this is great. only downside is it always asks for money, i don’t believe apps are reliable for readings. i just want to read my chart, not speak to an astrologer for loads of £.

I’ve been subscribed on a monthly basis to the app, and have always enjoyed my monthly reading very much - the astrologers are great, very insightful, knowledgeable and kind. However, for some reason, now my subscription has been cancelled and I can’t renew it. Does it have to do with the change in rules in terms of reading for “new subscribers “, which is what I would become if I’m not allowed to renew?

It’s great - clear and thorough explanation of all aspects of your chart. My critique is the personal readings. I have tried both the astrology and psychic 15 min readings and most of that time is spent waiting. For them to get your details or pull up your chart. This shouldn’t be included in the time. So you get a couple of comments and your session ends and they ask if you want to extend it…£
