App is clunky and rarely works properly. Today, it wouldn't display the transactions on the credit card, happens about half the time. The credit union itself is the worst I have encountered in ABQ, they have so many problems. Will be closing my account soon.
Used to be so much easier when it was color coated when money comes in it should show green not black
I use Sandia and managing my money directly with the app is easy with this for the most part. What I don't enjoy is the Zelle option that automatically links to my bank when I try to use Zelle. It takes me to the Sandia app and when I try to use it I end up getting an Error message and it doesn't change as many times as I reload it. I hope you have better luck with that function. Because of that I can't receive or send money when I need to 👎
This app works great for me!
When logging in I get the legend showing me that the circled 'A' is available balance but no accounts. If I go to another tab and back the accounts appear. I got a different message than another reviewer when depositing a check. The required mobile deposit wording is so long I have to write small. This is a big corporate check - a regular sized personal check will be worse. The app apparently couldn't read it. I selected "Submit any way" since it *is* on the check. We'll see if it's accepted and how long it takes.
The app does what it needs to but the mobile deposit is busted. It says my image quality is too low but there is no way to set image quality and my phone is more than capable of taking a high quality image.
This app is always having problems! I have to delete and reinstall all the time. They also will change policies on you without any warning. Have been with them for two years and there is always something that comes up. I am ready to switch banks.
everrrrr, and nooooot a great bank... why would you make it so hard to pay a Bill for my GR SUPRA, You 🤡‘s. Take a look at ummm about every other BANK’S apps, because all of them are better and I will refinance soon because I’m starting to realize this bank has no clue... I want negative stars for this one
This app is terrible for a bank app. It doesn’t properly refresh/update the account giving inaccurate info. It glitches and ends up charging a bunch of overdraft fees when I have money in my account. I haven’t banked here very long but I’m already thinking about switching...
