SanDisk Memory Zone

The previous ixpand drive is more easier to use , this version make me very confusing and i dont know whether my photo have backup on it.

iXpand app was working just fine! It was easy to use and navigate. Please work on bettering iXpand and continue it instead of this!!! Memory zone is BS and we all know it. If I could give no stars I would. I bought 10+ iXpand drives and now you’re switching a perfectly working app? Makes no sense! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

I got the Sandisk iXpand flip drive to transfer pdf files from iPhone to PC. This new MZ app can’t handle pdf files - only photos, videos and contacts. So my investment is wasted. What a disappointment!

This app is harder to navigate unlike the first app wherein we could easily browse like we’re just scrolling through our camera roll. How come you removed the option to delete copied photos and videos from our phones?? Very troublesome

I can’t even access my photos gallery VIA THE gallery folder. The older version of the iXpand is so much better. PLS DO SOMETHING BEFORE 3rd MARCH. It’s a disappointment to upgrade but the functionality is even worst than the older app. I paid so much for the flash drive and THIS APP can’t even support basic function.

Firstly, unlike the previous version of the application, the new one makes it difficult to navigate and view pictures. With the old app, I could easily swipe through images, which was much more intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, saving pictures has become a more cumbersome process. I now have to "copy" the desired image to my device, but the application then returns me to the first picture instead of where I left off. This disrupts the workflow and adds unnecessary steps. These changes have made the application less convenient to use compared to the previous version. I kindly urge you to consider retaining or reintroducing the previous app's features, particularly the swiping functionality and a smoother saving process.

No play slides and no zoom in zoom out function

The previous iexpand app is way more better. This one when click on recents, older photos will pop up and there isn’t a function of deleting the copied pictures once I transferred it to my thumbdrive. PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE MARCH 2025 or I will just have to switch to other brands already. Just stick to the old app, it’s WAY MORE BETTER!

I just spent 20 hours backing up and it failed on me. I had no issues with the current app iXpand app which is so much better where I can view the images and videos and it’s plugged in quickly. Please don’t cancel iXpand app. This app cannot make it 😫

No dark mode, sorting is always defaulted to last modified, have to always set manually. It’s disturbing. When viewing photos, cannot zoom, cannot swipe to next, have to open one by one. Every time when press back, it always go back to the top. Have to scroll down again to the folder again.
