Please fix as this is frustrating and always running into errors with certain functions.

App crashes when you try to log in.

App crashes as you soon as I insert username and password. Please fix

Enter correct password and username, app closes….that’s all. Not worth the frustration to try and try and try again.

This app is very poor. Attempting to login with an OTP does not, just redirects to the login screen. Logging in with the correct details causes the app to force close.

You have to login in multiple times before getting access. Option to login using ID only comes up after failing to login using username and password. It’s frustrating trying to do a basic function like logging in. Don’t waste your time.

I cannot seem to log into this app, been struggling for past few days with no luck. Password reset doesn’t work, using OTP and ID doesn’t work…. Eish, is anyone home? And why does it have office hours, it’s an app for heaven’s sake!!!

Cannot get past login screen Help please

The app is very frustrating. Log on, select an option on the home page, get booted out. Log on, select an option on the home page, get booted out! Repeat!

After logging in I see the different icons to select. When I select an option it goed back to the login screen. Impossible to access.
